중동 (MIDDLE EAST)

 

1.  오만 OPWP의 이브리 민자 태양광 발전단지 프로젝트

▶Capacity: 500 MW

▶Amount: U$ 500 Mill.

▶Status:

-The bids were submitted by Acwa Power, Marubeni & Consortium of Masdar/Total/Jinko Solar on 12/11/2018.

-Acwa Power was selected as preferred bidder on 11/3/2019. (Acwa Power consortium includes Kuwait’s GIC and Kipco Group.)

-PPA is scheduled to be signed in April 2019, and financial close in August 2019.

 

오만의 수전력구매공사인 OPWP가 발주하는 이브리(Ibri) 민자 태양광 발전단지 프로젝트의 입찰에서 사우디의 아크와파워(Acwa Power) 컨소시엄이 마루베니 컨소시엄과 마스다르/토탈/징코솔라 컨소시엄의 경쟁을 제치고 3월 11일 우선협상대상자로 선정되었다. PPA체결은 2019년 4월, 파이낸싱 완료는 2019년 8월로 에정되어 있다. 아크와파워 컨소시엄에는 쿠웨이트의 GIC와 KIPCO그룹이 포함되어 있다. 이 프로젝트는 500MW급 태양광(PV) 발전단지를 이브리 지역에 민자로 건설하는 5억 달러 규모의 사업이다.

2.  알제리 소나트랙, 페트로셀틱 및 에넬의 아인실라 가스전 개발 프로젝트

▶Status:

-Petrofac was awarded an EPC Contract on 13/3/2019, by defeating Tecnimont/Dodsal & TR/Bonatti.

소나트랙, 페트로셀틱 및 에넬트레이드의 3사 합작법인이 발주한 아인실라(Ain Tsila) 가스전 개발 프로젝트의 EPC를 페트로펙(Petrofac)이 테크니몽/도쌀 컨소시엄과 TR/보나티 컨소시엄의 경쟁을 제치고 지난 3월 13일 10억 달러에 수주했다. 이 프로젝트는 일산 4.2억 입방피트의 가스플랜트, 컨덴세이트 및 LPG회수시설, 가스압축시설, 집하 및 수출시설, 부대시설 등을 아인실라 가스전에 건설하는 20억 불 규모의 사업으로, 맥더모트(전 CB&I)가 FEED를 완료했다. 시운전이 포함된 EPC의 계약기간은 42개월로 프로젝트는 2022년 말 준공을 목표로 하고 있다.

3.  우간다 에너지광물개발부와 AGRC의 호이마 신규 정유공장 프로젝트

▶Developer: AGRC (Baker Hughes GE, YAATRA Africa, LionWorks Group & Saipem)

▶Status:

-Saipem was awarded a FEED contract ($68M) with contract period of 17 months on 3/8/2018.

-The Uganda Government has approved to have Saipem move forward with both FEED & EPC on 12/3/2019.

-The project is expected to be completed in 2023.

 

우간다 정부는 알버틴 그라벤 정유공장 컨소시엄(AGRC: Albertine Graben Refinery Consortium)이 개발하는 호이마 신규 정유공장 프로젝트의 FEED와 EPC업체로 사이펨(Saipem)을 지난 3월 12일 승인했다. 이로써 사이펨은 지난 2018년 8월 FEED업무를 6천8백만 달러에 수주한데 이어, 40억 달러 규모의 EPC도 걸머쥘 수 있게 되었다. 이 프로젝트는 일산 6만 배럴의 신규 정유공장을 호이마(Hoima) 유전단지에 건설하는 40억 달러 규모의 사업으로 2023년 완공을 목표로 하고 있다.

 

4.  모리타니아/세네갈 BP의 또르뚜/아메임 가스전개발 프로젝트 중 SURF 및 해저생산시설

▶Status:

-McDermott was awarded a Contract for FEED for SURF and Baker Hughes for SPS on 12/3/2018.

-The FEED Contract has been converted to Lumpsum EPC Contract on 11/3/2019.

BP가 발주하는 또르뚜/아메임(Tortue/Ahmeyim) 가스전개발 프로젝트 중 SURF패키지의 EPC를 맥더모트(McDermott)가, 해저생산시설(SPS) 패키지의 EPC를 GE의 자회사인 베이커 휴즈(Baker Hughes)가 지난 3월 11일 각각 수주했다. 지난 2018년 3월에 수주한 FEED계약이 1년이 지난 지난 3월 11일에 럼섬EPC계약으로 전환된 것이다. 맥더모트의 EPC금액은 약 6억 달러, 베이커휴즈는 약 3억 달러대 인것으로 추정되고 있다.

 

5.  이집트 SIDPEC의 암레이야 프로필렌/폴리프로필렌 플랜트 프로젝트

-EPC ITB was issued, and its submission date is set to be on 30/4/2019.

-The bidders are SECL, Tecnimont and others.

 

이집트의 석유화학회사인 SIDPEC(Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals Co.)가 발주하는 암레이야(Amreya) 프로필렌/폴리프로필렌 플랜트 프로젝트의 EPC입찰서가 발급되었으며 입찰마감일은 4월 30일이다. 이 프로젝트는 허니웰UOP의 올레플렉스(Oleflex) 기술이 적용된 연산 50만 톤의 프로필렌플랜트와 W.R. 그레이스의 유니폴(Unipol) 기술이 사용된 연산 45만 톤의 폴리프로필렌 플랜트를 지중해 연안도시 알렉산드리아(Alexandria)의 암레이야 산업단지에 건설하는 12.5억 달러 규모의 사업이다. 삼성엔지니어링과 테크니몽이 입찰을 준비하고 잇는 것으로 알려지고 있다.

6.  인도 onGC의 클러스터-8 한계 유전 개발 프로젝트

▶Capacity: 3 well head platforms, 1 bridge, 59 km pipelines, 3 clamp-on structure and modification of two existing platforms

▶Status:

-L&T was awarded an EPC Contract on 12/3/2019.

인도의 석유천연가스공사(ONGC)가 발주하는 클러스터-8 한계 유전(Cluster-8 Marginal Field) 개발 프로젝트의 EPC를 L&T가 3월 12일 수주했다. 이 프로젝트는 3기의 유정플랫폼, 브리지, 59킬로미터의 파이프라인, 클램프온 구조물 등을 건설하고 2기의 기존 플랫폼을 보수하는 3.5억 달러 규모의 사업이다.

 

7.  인도 THDC의 쿠르자 석탄화력발전소 프로젝트

▶Status:

-The Cabinet Committee of External Affairs approved the investment project on 7/3/2019.

-No. 1 unit will be commissioned in 2023, and No. 2 in 2024.

 

인도의 국영 전력업체인 THDC가 추진하는 쿠르자(Khurja) 석탄화력발전소 프로젝트에 대한 내각의 투자승인이 지난 3월 7일에 이루어졌다. 이 프로젝트는 1,320MW급 석탄화력발전소를 우타르프라데시(Uttar Pradesh) 주의 쿠르자 지역에 건설하는 15억 달러 규모의 사업이다. 1호기는 2023년, 2호기는 2024년에 각각 완공될 예정이다. 발주처인 THDC는 인도 정부와 우타르프라데시 주정부가 설립한 국영전력업체로, EPC입찰서를 지난 2018년 중순에 발급한 바 있다. 

 

8.  인도 SJVN의 북사르 석탄화력발전소 프로젝트

-The Cabinet Committee of External Affairs approved the investment project on 7/3/2019.

-Main plant works are under tendering process.

 

인도의 국영 전력업체인 SJVN이 추진하는 쿠르자(Khurja) 석탄화력발전소 프로젝트에 대한 내각의 투자승인이 지난 3월 7일에 이루어졌다. 이 프로젝트는 1,320MW급 석탄화력발전소를 비하르(Bihar) 주의 북사르 지역에 건설하는 14.3억 달러 규모의 사업이다. 발주처인 SJVN은 인도 정부와 히마찰프라데시(Himachal Pradesh) 주정부가 설립한 국영전력업체로 현재 EPC입찰을 진행하고 있다.

 

9.  베트남 푸미플라스틱의 바리아 PDH플랜트 프로젝트

베트남의 민간 화학기업인 푸미플라스틱(Phu My Plastics Production JSC)이 발주하는 바리아(Ba Ria) PDH플랜트 프로젝트의 라이센서로 허니월UOP가 지난 3월 12일 선정되었다. 이 프로젝트는 연산 306,000톤의 PDH플랜트를 붕타우의 바리아 지역에 건설하는 약 4억 달러 규모의 사업이다.

 

10. 인도네시아 부낏아쌈과 안땀의 할마헤라 석탄 및 디젤 화력발전소 프로젝트

▶Owner: PT Bukit Asa (75%) & PT Aneka Tambang (25%)

▶Location: East Halmahera, North Maluku, Indonesia

▶Capacity: Steam Power 180MW (3x60MW) & Diesel Fueld Power (3x17MW)

▶Amount: U$ 350 Mill.

▶Status:

-PT Bukit Asam plans to build steam and diesel power plants with PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) on 13/3/2019.

-Bukit Asam would hold a 75 percent stake in the venture and Antam the other 25 percent.

-The plants are estimated to consume 650,000 tons of coal per year, supplied by Bukit Asam.

-The electricity will be supplied to Antam's ferronickel factory in East Halmahera.

-The project is under feasibility studies and is expected to begin operations by 2023.

인도네시아 국영석탄공사(PT Bukit Asa)는 국영광산회사(Antam)과 제휴하여 석탄 및 디젤 화력발전소를 말루쿠 섬에 건설할 계획이라고 3월 13일 밝혔다. 이 프로젝트는 180MW급 스팀발전소와 51MW급 디젤발전소를 말루쿠 섬의 할마헤라 (Halmahera) 동부에 건설하는 3.5억 달러 규모의 사업이다. 발전에 필요한 연간 65만 톤의 석탄은 부낏아쌈에서 제공하며, 생산된 전기는 안땀의 페로니켈 공장으로 보내진다. 현재 타당성조사 중이며 2023년 운전을 목표로 하고 있다.

 

11. 호주 AFE의 글래드스톤 에너지 및 암모니아 프로젝트

▶Location: Gladstone State Development Area (SDA), Queensland, Australia

▶Capacity: 230,000 T/Y of Ammonia, Synthetic Gas & 25MW of Power

▶Amount: U$ 710 Mill. (A$1B)

▶Status:

-The project has released its EIS to start development on 6/3/2019.

-The project includes coal supply, coal gasification, gas processing, ammonia processing, CCPP & other utilities.

-Construction is expected to begin in mid-2020, with the first ammonia production proposed in mid-2022.

 

AFE(Australian Future Energy Pty Ltd)는 글래드스톤 에너지 및 암모니아 프로젝트에 대한 환경영향평가서(EIS)를 제출했다고 3월 6일 밝혔다. 이 프로젝트는 연간 150만 톤의 석탄을 사용하여 23만 톤의 암모니아와 함께 합성가스 및 25MW의 전력을 생산하는 시설을 글래스톤개발지역에 건설하는 7.1억 달러(A$1B) 규모의 사업이다. 이 프로젝트에는 석탄공급시스템, 석탄가스화플랜트, 가스처리시설, 암모니아 플랜트, 복합화력발전소, 그리고 동력 및 간접시설이 포함되어 있다. 건설공사는 2020년 중순에, 암모니아 생산은 2022년 중순으로 예정되어 있다.

 

12. 호주 악시오나에너지의 모트레이크 사우스 풍력발전단지 프로젝트

[Australia] Mortlake South Wind Farm Project

▶Location: Mortlake, Victoria, Australia

▶Capacity: 158 MW

▶Status:

-Acciona has started construction works on its fifth windfarm in Australia on 11/3/2019.

-35 4.5MW wind turbines will be supplied by Nordex.

-Construction will be completed in October 2020.

 

악시오나에너지(Acciona Energy)가 발주하는 모트레이크 사우스(Mortlake South) 풍력발전단지 프로젝트의 건설공사가 지난 3월 11일에 시작되었다. 이 프로젝트는 노르덱스(Nordex)의 4.5MW급 터빈 35기로 구성된 157.5MW의 풍력발전단지를 빅토리아 주의 모트레이크 지역에 건설하는 2억 달러(A$288M) 규모의 사업으로 2020년 10월 완공을 목표로 하고 있다.

13. 미국 NOVI에너지의 찰스시티 복합화력발전소 프로젝트

-The project is expected to be completed by 2022.

 

미국의 발전소분야 서비스업체인 NOVI에너지는 찰스시티(Charles City) 복합화력발전소 프로젝트와 관련하여 지난 3월 7일 GE의 가스터빈 기술을 채택하였다. 이 프로젝트는 1,100MW급 가스복합화력발전소를 버지니아의 찰스시티에 건설하는 10억 달러 규모의 사업으로 2022년 완공을 목표로 하고 있다.

14. 벨기에 보리알리스의 칼루 PDH플랜트 프로젝트

-Jacobs was awarded a FEED Contract on 3/1/2018 & FID was done on 8/10/2018.

-Tecnimont was awarded an EPCM contract ($100M) on a reimbursable basis on 7/3/2019.

-The new plant is scheduled to start up in mid-2022.

 

다국적 석유화학기업인 보리알리스(Borealis)가 발주하는 칼루 PDH(Kallo Propane Dehydrogenation) 플랜트 프로젝트를 이탈리아의 테크니몽(Tecnimont)이 코스트정산 방식으로 1억 달러의 EPCM계약을 지난 3월 7일에 체결했다. 이 프로젝트는 허니웰UOP기술을 사용한 연산 74만 톤의 PDH플랜트를 칼루(Kallo) 단지에 건설하는 9억 달러 규모의 사업으로 미국의 제이콥스(Jacobs)가 FEED를 완료했다. 2022년 중순 시운전을 목표로 하고 있다.
